Graduate Fashion Week 2013 - round up

So Graduate Fashion Week, the wonderful few days of exhibitions and shows has ended by this day. A yearly event for all chosen graduates from different fashion school. I had attended Sunday Istituto Marangoni fashion graduate show and I have been fascinated by student work! That was really WOW, it looked really professional. All together they were 19 students presented their work, the show lasted more than half an hour. Each students had 6 final garment for their collection. It was amazing, love that.

The next day I took a look at the exhibition. It was good for inspiration seeking, for information straight from representatives of art and design universities as well as seminars and talks were provided.
Of course a cafe, restaurant, small bookstore, make up sector by Rimmer London (sponsor( or even a photo studio didn't missed out of the venue to spicy the whole fashionable day.
I had found out a lot of interesting student work there as well as I had an overall look of major art and design school in UK! Got a chance to attend few seminars, talks and workshops by inspirational people. People got a chance to work in a team and create something with other passionate people as well as seminars about blogging, interviews, CV's, jobs advices, student success or starting a business. Other question time included live talks with successful people already working in this industry,t such as Mary Katrantzou (designer), Nick Knight (photographer), Imran Ahmed (founder of BoF) or Susie Bubble (blogger) and other many inspirational people!
It was very useful, inspirational and motivational for all people who are interested in this fashion and artistic industry. Read GFW blog to catch up with what was on there and definitely attend it for a next year:)
